Big Valley Event

While this storm hasn't completely died & been buried yet but so far it seems the western valleys of VT were the big winners from this storm. Burlington is recording 2'+ while Jay is reporting 6-9", Stowe also reporting 6-9" and Stratton is reporting 12". Bolton is reporting 12-19" which from my quick look around is the big winner here in VT, Sugarloaf is report 15-18".
I have 12" at my house since Friday evening...add that to the 10" i've received over the course of the week and things have gotten good in a hurry. First day out on the skis yesterday. Still a little sketchy below ~1800' where little to no base was left after the X-mas thaw. Otherwise some incredible skiing to be found. Here some pics from my house this am:

epic 2 days off of the Teardrop trail. Saturday = really good, Sunday = just plain silly. Bottomless, perfect pow. 20" in the yard, still puking. another 9 expected overnight.
