What Cold Shaft?

2 feet in the past week with snow forecasted everyday this week. Woods are skiing well, the backcountry is too. Hey, better late than never, right?

Spent a great day/late afternoon/early evening/epic headlamp guided trudge back to the car, out in a spot called Beaver Meadow on Sunday. Its the basin off the eastern back side of Madona and Whiteface Peaks...the backside of Smugglers Notch ski area. Real nice ampitheater basin with glades in every direction.

Now, i'm at my desk. Pretty sick, thrashing through paperwork, chucking beer cans even! I just hucked some pretty steep database lines...crazy man, crazy!
